Pharmaceutical form: Solution for external use for cutaneous application.

Indications:
Treatment and prevention of flea infestations or mixed infestations with fleas and ticks and/or lice:
Elimination of fleas (Ctenocephalides spp) and prevention of new infestations with adult fleas for 8 weeks.
Prevention of flea reproduction by inhibiting the development of eggs (ovicidal activity) and larvae and pupae (larvicidal activity) hatched from eggs laid by adult fleas for 8 weeks after application.
Elimination of ticks (Ixodes spp., Dermacentor spp., Rhipicephalus spp.) and prevention of new tick infestation for 4 weeks.
Elimination of lice (Trichodectes canis).
The product can be integrated into a therapeutic program for Flea Allergy Dermatitis.

Method of administration and dosage:
Route of administration: external, by application to the skin.
Dosage: one pipette for a dog of the weight corresponding to the pipette, or the minimum recommended dose. In the absence of safety studies, the minimum treatment administration interval is 4 weeks.

Method of administration:
1. Remove a pipette from the packaging.
2. Hold the pipette upright and break its pre-cut tip upwards.
Gently tap the narrow end of the pipette so that the contents of the pipette remain at the bottom.
Completely empty the pipette by repeatedly pressing it directly on the skin, in a single point, in the region between the animal's shoulder blades, removing the hair first.

Overdose:
No undesirable effects were observed in dogs and puppies treated monthly, with 5 times the recommended dose, for 6 months.

Side effects:
It is important that the product is applied to an area where the animal cannot lick itself and that the animals are supervised so that they do not lick each other.
If this happens, hypersalivation will be observed for a short period of time, given the nature of the excipient.

Contraindications:
Due to the lack of available data, the treatment should not be applied to puppies less than 8 weeks old or weighing less than 1 kg.
Do not use in rabbits.

Use during pregnancy or lactation:
Frontline Combo Spot-on Dog can be used both during pregnancy and lactation.

Special recommendations for use:
In the absence of data on the effect of water or shampoo on the efficacy of the product in dogs in the first two days after treatment, it is recommended that animals not be washed for 2 days after application of the product.

Special recommendations for the person administering the product:
As with any topical insecticide treatment:
- Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after applying the product,
- Do not smoke, drink or eat while applying the product.
- Avoid handling treated animals until the product has dried.

Frontline combo dog
- Keep children away from treated animals for at least 30 minutes or until the treated area is completely dry
- In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water;
If irritation persists, consult a doctor;
Keep out of reach of children.
